I Just Placed an Order, When Will It Ship?
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and production time before your order is shipped.
How Long Is the Shipping Time?
Average delivery time: 5–10 business days
Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, or severe weather) may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, unforeseen issues can occur during transit.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty.
To cancel, please send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.
If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
I Entered an Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email with the correct details.
We can update your address within 24 hours of order placement.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
My Item Arrived Damaged
We carefully pack each order with protective materials. However, in rare cases (about 1 in 1,000 orders), items may arrive damaged due to mishandling during delivery.
